I love bananas, but I don’t like them over ripe. I must have banana bad luck though cause it never fails that as soon as I get one foot in the door, my green bananas start turning brown. Apparently, my house is not tropical enough for those guys!
So, I normally make banana nut muffins with my over ripe bananas, but I’m getting bored with those, so I found a recipe for this TO DIE FOR banana cake. Love that name! We shall see if this cake is really To die for or maybe just To get maimed for…LOL!,

OMG!! This sounds yummmm. I just so happen to have some overripe bananas sitting on my counter. I will report back. Not that I don’t take your word for it,but you know…I gotta taste test it too 🙂
