If you’re from the South, like I am. You know that we will fry just about anything and Shredded Wheat is one of those things that I like to fry. Okay, I know this sounds a bit strange, but it really is buttery and delicious!
What you need:
- 2 large shredded wheat biscuits
How to do it:
Soak cereal in milk for a minute or so on each side. Remove with a slotted spoon; drain slightly.
Put 2 dabs of butter in a skillet, place the shredded wheat on top of the butter, then place a dab of butter on the top of the wheat, brown on both sides, pressing down while frying.
Place your fried wheat in a bowl, pour some milk on top and add a sprinkle of sugar.
Yummy, buttery, sugary goodness!
