I don’t know about you, but I’m ready to get my Spring on;)
Here are 3 Springy things for your body, bed and belly to get you ready too!
For Your Body:
This is the bird silhouette skirt I got from Forever 21 this weekend. I adore birds. I am gonna pair this skirt with a pink neon tank. Neon is the rage for this Spring/Summer.
For Your Bed:
Awww… Spring sparrow duvet from Pottery Barn. Love this and it’s on sale, bonus!
For Your Belly:
BLT Spring Roll-doesn’t this look fresh and yummy?
Bacon Lettuce Tomato Spring Roll (changed a few of the original ingredients to make it low cal and low fat)
Ingredients:
fresh lettuce, chopped
2 medium tomatoes (seeded and sliced 1/4″ thick)
6 pieces of Turkey bacon
mint or other herbs
rice paper
Soak your rice paper in warm water for a few seconds so it’s pliable.
Fill with ingredients
Roll and tuck
Serve
Sesame-Soy Dipping Sauce
1/2 c (120ml) Soy Sauce
1 T (15g) Greek Yogurt
1 t (5ml) fresh Lime Juice
1 t (5ml) Sesame Oil
Combine all ingredients in a small mason jar. Close lid and shake vigorously for 15 seconds or until emulsified.
